Sweetpea Works LLC is owned by Kelly and Nancy Ladner. Kelly founded the firm and leads its strategy and client work. Nancy is co-owner, and the company carries her name: she goes by Sweetpea, which is why a sweet pea blossom sits at the heart of our logo.
We're still family-run, and we still answer our own phone. The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who leads your work.
